RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from RANutrition Healthcare Co. Please contact us if you don’t like your purchase for any reason.
Returns and refunds may be initiated within 5 days of purchase date, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase.
Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official RANutrition Healthcare Co. website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to RANutrition Healthcare co. Customer Service department within fifteen (5) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be more than 75% used.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please send us an Email ranutritionco@gmail.com . Let us know why you are unhappy. We’ll give you a refund or send out a replacement – whatever suits you best.

Please note the following about our returns and refund policy:

 Order Processing :-

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order placement.
You will receive order within 10 working days of the dispatch.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 5 days from date of receiving the products.
Once we receive the products and email for the same, we will check and scrutinize the complaint and issue redressal for the same.
For valid complaints we will bear the return expenses provided we receive a valid proof of the same.

Refund and Exchange procedure :-

On receiving the products along with the order receipt, we will reimburse amount by issuing Cheque in the same name as mentioned in the order detail.
The Cheque will be sent to by courier on the same address as mentioned in order detail.
The refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving parcel.
Everything will be notified to the complainant through emails.
In case of exchange – products of the same value will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy :-

RANutrition Healthcare Co. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
